As an alternative to insulated galvanised steel ducts, pre-insulated ducts have been increasingly used now for over ten years, constructed using sandwich panels in expanded polyurethane covered on both sides with aluminium foils of variable thickness depending on the models and uses.
For the manufacture of panel ducts, the machines available are:
- cutting line
- panelling machine for special pieces
- rolling machine/calender
- duct squaring machine
The panel sheets are cut and shaped by the machines, after which they are glued and assembled by our workers.
The last passage is the finishing, in which the profiles necessary for assembly in the building site are fitted.
Ducts in pre-insulated panels can be effectively used to transport air thanks to their thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as the fact of their being hygienic and light.
